Brief Answer:
Get Advised tests.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
First of all, you should get the advised tests done as there is no harm in a routine evaluation.
Anemia, Hypothyroidism, Diabetes are most common culprits of these symptoms.
The next one is Anxiety.
Now apart from these Investigatory workup , I would like to know a few things:
1. Do you snore in night?
2. Are you overweight?
3. Any history of thyroid disease , Diabetes, heart disease in family ?
4. Do you consume coffee? If yes, how much in a day?
5. Alcohol and smoking consumption status
6. You mentioned sometimes you have high BP. Could you please mention me the range / value you have been getting. Also mention the BP measured by your doctor at his clinic.
Revert with these details, so that I can help you better

Brief Answer:
Get Investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Snoring is a very common cause of tiredness. In night if you snore, you get disturbed sleep, you don't notice that bit it's disturbed which leads to tiredness and sleepiness the next day.
Your BP seems to be fine. Only issue is slightly high diastolic reading , that is 90 mmHg. It should not be more then 80 mmHg at this age.
I would advise you following:
1. To get investigations as you have been advised.
2. To start regular exercises. The exercises should also involve regular jogging or brisk walking.
3. Start steam inhalation daily.
4. Use Saline drops (available in market ) 2 drops in each nostril before you sleep. Use these for 15 days. If you have any recurrent allergic rhinitis/ sinusitis problems, see your doctor.
5. Take low salt diet.
Follow these advises, get the investigations and write back to me with reports.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
