Question : i get slightly drowsiness before and after taking lunch . Is this a natural ar due to any ailment.

Hi,

I am unaware of any serious organic medical condition that explains this drowsiness. However it would be worthwhile to get your blood sugars checked. If you are unable to test blood sugar before and after this symptom, you can ask for fasting and postprandial blood sugar along with Hba1c tests.
