Brief Answer:
Most probably you're suffering from the Rhino sinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern; and most probably it suggest that you may be suffering from the rhino sinusitis.

If I were your treating doctor, I would like to prescribe
1. Macrolide antibiotics such as AZITHROMYCIN 500 mg once a day for at least 10 days.
2. Local nasal decongestant such as Xylometazoline nasal drop 2 drop three times a day for five days.
3. Nasowash nasal wash once a day.

I would like to suggest that discuss the above mentioned steps with your treating doctor for management and prescription.

I would like also suggest that you may go for the CT scan of Paranasal sinuses and nasal endoscopy to rule out the other disease and to reach the near diagnosis.
