Brief Answer:
repeat advised investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Pain at maximum inspiration may indicate a stretch in unripened surgical scar, a local collection of infected hematoma, Nerve involvement.
A contrast CT and blood work up has been normal that means there is no major issues there but still to be doubly sure get a Complete blood count, CRP and an Ultrasound of whole abdomen after a month from now and get a physical clinical assessment by a local physician.
Meanwhile you may take OTC pain killers if the pain troubles much.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
Take Care!
