Question : I have a dry cough, bad headache, pain between my shoulder blades and more joint pain than usual.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your all symptoms are suggestive of viral infection.
Viral infection can cause generalized weakness, malaise, joint pains etc along with dry cough and headache.
So drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Avoid oily and spicy food.
Do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 4-5 times a day.
Apply warm water pad on affected joints and back.
Take combination of antihistamine (levocetrizine) and anti inflammatory (paracetamol).
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
