Question : I son is 5 months old and having dry cough. Please suggest medicine.

I understand your concerns but don't worry. You may use Tixylix baby syrup (2.5ml thrice daily) or Maxtra drops (0.5 ml thrice daily). Tixylix contains glycerin as active ingredient. It soothes throat and help in dry tickly cough in babies. It is one of the safest syrups for cough relief in infants.
Maxtra has antihistamine effect. It works well for cough. Use it if tixylix baby syrup is not available at pharmacies near your place. Avoid overdosage as it has sedative action.
