Question: Dear Doctor, From last 2 years I m suffering from cough problem. Whenever I am taking food or meal at my first bite I am having extreme cough (khansi in hindi) problem either that will be spicy food or non spicy. Letter there is no any problem. I have done many reports like chest xray, hemoglobin test, normal blood test but everything is normal. One of the doctor has suggested this diseases as GRD(Gastroesophageal reflux) as prescribed me Enzox-Plus to take every night after dinner but I am not seeing any good progress. I am not taking drink and smoke and not even taking outside food. Only home food and non-spicy food. Kindly suggest me best way to come out of this diseases please. I feeling very much shy daily when I am having my lunch with my teammates and they are asking why you are having so much cough all the days. Waiting for your best response.

From last 2 years I am suffering from this diseases, in between last two months did not have much problem though it was not fully cured but had less toruble.) and again from last few days this problem started again. 2. Any difficulty in deglutition or eating food? Yes, Whenever I am taking my first bite of meal at that time there will be sore throat/cough (khansi) for 4 to 5 times. Then it will be normal. 3. Any Hiccups? Not getting this question. 4. Any morning cough? Yes daily in early morning there is cough/sore throat and not getting proper sleep sometimes in night as well. 5. Any food regurgitation? Not diagnosed yet. 6. Any investigations done? Yes I checked with 2 to 3 doctors for this and came to know as GERD problem and suggested to take my food on time(that I m already taking), some jogging (that also doing regularly), prescribed Enzox-Plus. Sometimes having ulcer in my mouth and tongue. Sir, I never test alcohol, never smoke and pure vegetarian. But still not showing any progress on this so finally came to you for some solution. Dear Sir, Your questions are very much close to my symptoms I hope you will come close to root cause of my diseases : 1. Any joint pains? Yes, every night I have a pain in either right/left leg joints near to knee/ankle. This issue is daily without fail. And many times pain in the left hand joints. This pain is only in the night at the time of sleeping. 2. Any recurrent reddening of eyes? Eyes are burning sometimes. Sometimes at extreme level. 3. Any History of unprotected sexual contact? Never, I am having sex only with my wife, never had sex with anyone else. 4. Any ulcer on penis? Not exactly on Penis but 2 or 3 times just above part of Penis.
