Question :
I had runny nose for a week with no other symptoms then after it stopped i started to nitice crystals in my nose on lower outer end that feel very solid causing irritation and pain and not easy removed when i remove it it cause ulcer like feeling lioking like an injured pimple its painful and causing discomfort

Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query and images; it suggests that you may be suffering from the crusting inside the nose with vestibulitis due to the solidification of your nasal discharge.

In this condition I personally suggest
1. Antibiotic amoxycillin and clavullinic acid 625mg twice a day for the vestibulitis.
2. Nasowash nasal wash once in the day for the easy removal of crusting and
3. Liquid paraffin nasal drop three drops five times a day.

Antibiotics are prescription only medications and your local doctor will know about it.
