Question : Im having dry nose with flakes sensation
Sometimes i get flakes with clotted blood
May i know whats the reason??

Dryness in the nose can be due to many reasons.
Please tell me do you have any history of sneezing or nasal discharge?
Any history of diabetes?
Any history of previous nasal surgery?

Am normal at sneezing no bad history
But when day after when my drinks this is becoming often this never happened to me in XXXXXXX
Its been 2 years in usa and this started an year ago.

Hi
Thanks for the information.
The symptoms are probably due to climatic change. Use fluticasone nasal spray twice daily for a week. Take a multivitamin supplements.
Get a xray paranasal sinuses done and send me the picture so that I can suggest you better.
Avoid any over warming.
All the medicine prescribed by me will be available only on prescription.
