                                            Question : Good Evening
Over the past 2 weeks, I have noticed dry, flaky and red patches of my skin spread across my left thigh, right upper leg and upper arms, with small raised wells appearing. However, these were not itchy and were not uncomfortable at all, so I ignored them.
However, this evening, these have become increasingly itchy and uncomfortable and have now spread all of my thighs, legs and arms and are now spreading across my body and lower back.
I have not changed my diet, clothing materials or laundry detergent in the past few months.
I have done some quick research on the internet and I am concerned that it might be psoriasis. I wonder if you could provide your assesment and what cure / treatments I could do?
I have attached a picture of the prominent well that has been on my left thigh for 2 weeks now and the associated red patch on skin.
Many thanks. XXXXXXX

                                    Brief Answer:
Either psoriasis or dry discoid eczema, upload few more pictures
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph.
It can be either psoriasis or dry discoid eczema but looking at just one lesion it is difficult to be absolutely sure of the diagnosis.
I would recommend you to upload few more pictures of the other affected areas so that I can confirm the diagnosis and can guide you accordingly.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
