Question : I have on the skin around the rim of my penis dry flaky skin and after i take the flaw out it becomes red.,then again dries and becomes flaky. I have no itchy XXXXXXX and have used canes XXXXXXX cream and still remains the same . I have no pain and its just that i don't like the dryness and redness which shows after i peel the dry skin off.
please advise
