Brief Answer:
Need to exclude heart problems

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic and thank you for writing to us.

Dry mouth, dry eyes, shortness of breath could be related to:
1. Cardiac problems where you need to do Chest X Ray, ECHO that may be related to heart failure; optimal treatment will improve your condition
The Cardiologist may recommend additional tests depending on other medical conditions if you have (Like diabetes, hypertension) such as Treadmill test or Coronary angiogram

2. Autoimmune disease that affects the glands secreting saliva, tears like Sjogrens
Here also chest can be involved
Tests required:
Hemogram
ANA
ANA antibody profile (espcially Ro and La antibodies)
Chest X Ray
Urine RE
Fasting glucose & lipid profile
Complement C4

3. Allergies such as allergic rhinitis & rhinosinusitis
PNS X Ray
Chest X Ray
Allergy profile blood tests

The treatment will depend on results of tests.

Best Wishes.

Thank you for the diagnosis so far. I want to add the following to it:
my feet get very cold even in a good weather and in the night they get very hot. While I have the short breath and the heaviness of my head, I have a pain at the back of my neck, the back of my heard (i feel itchiness) and pain on my arms. Sorry I had to add those in the last request

Brief Answer:
Nerve pains most likely

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The symptoms you mention affecting your feet are most likely related to blood circulation.
You must stop smoking if you do.
This can also be addressed once the underlying medical condition(s) are understood in better detail.

Best Wishes.

Thank you. Fortunately I do not smoke. I wonder if I have to cut my coffee intake.

One more issue I have is at time times, I feel like losing my balance and feeling nauseating.

Do these make your first recommendation stronger or they could be signs of something else?

thanks

Brief Answer:
Definitely lower your coffee intake

Detailed Answer:
Low blood pressure or inner ear problems can cause loss in balance and feeling of nausea
However, the other symptoms are more important to consider and getting a diagnosis is important.
Please contact your doctor at the earliest.

Best Wishes.
