Hello
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I am here to help you.
Such kind of dry tickling cough occurs mostly due to following reasons:
1.Allergic cough
2. Gastro Esophaegal Reflux Disease (GERD) and Cough.
Initially in such scenario, i prefer to treat with a combination of Levocetrizine and Montelukast.
For GERD Cough, you would require to take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domepridone.
Take soft, bland diet.
Walk after your meals for at least 15 minutes.
You should avoid smoking in case you do.
Share my opinion with your doctor before acting upon it.
I hope it helps.
Stay Healthy.
