Question : My nose gets extremely dry to a point that it bothers me and worse I can't sleep with it. What can I do? Please help me I can't get enough sleep because of this. Thanks a lot

This is partly because the air in the room is too dry. Getting a humidifier would help greatly. This will ensure that air is humidified and less aggressive to the nasal passages. These can be gotten from most pharmaceutical companies around your neighborhood.
