Recently I noticed that, towards the tip of my penis there are some dry patches and also scratches. Please suggest any medicine.

I cant suggest name of one particular medicine as per website guidelines.
But dont worry just ask for an antibiotic and antifungal combination creams.
Its regularly sold by chemist, he/she will put up 3-4 creams in front of you.Anyone will be good enough.
