Question : I have a dry patch of skin that has been on my penis shaft for about 3 weeks. I haven't had sex with anyone but my wife could it just be irritation from sex and masterbation? Can I use mometasone furoate on it? I have some left over from a previous trip to the dermatologist for something else. You don't think it could be skin cancer do you?

                                    Brief Answer:
Nothing Sinister; Moisturiser suffices.
Detailed Answer:
Hi there XXXXXXX
Nope....no chance of any skin cancer!!
Do use the mometasone furaote topically for 3-5 days & stop.
Then shift to a plain emollient eg aveeno product or nivea cold cream or Vaseline applied as & when required & keep the area moist...it should disappear.
Good Luck & Godspeed!

                                    Dr. Rodrigues,
Thank you for the quick reply. I attached a picture of the little area on the shaft. It is just red right now. Last night i just used Johnsons Baby Lotion to moisturize before bed. Does this just look like irratation to you or anything else? Thanks again for your help.
