Brief Answer:
I suggest possibility of either contact dermatitis or dryness/xerosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I have gone through your query. I would like to keep a possibility of either allergic or irritant contact dermatitis Or it may also be due to severe dryness of skin/xerosis at these areas.

I would like to gather more information from you in order to be able to guide you better.

-how long since you have these symptoms?

-are you using any products or cosmetics on face like sunscreens, antiageing creams etc?

-can you upload an image of the affected area?

Avoid using soaps on face. May use a gentle cleanser like cetaphil cleansing lotion for face wash.
Use a moisturizer twice daily.
May use an OTC topical steroid e.g cortisone twice daily over these areas for a few days.
