Question: I have been observing severe Vaginal irritation and burning, pain since 3 days. The colour of the inside has also turned into pinkish due to the rash. The irritation and pain are severe and persistent throughout the day and the Vagina also has become dry. I noticed that these symptoms started after intercourse on Saturday.

Seeking your advice for relief from this.

Also please note that I am taking Topamac 50mg twice daily for Migraine.

Hello dear, Welcome to HCM. thanks for writing into us with your health query.I understand your health issue.
It is most probably due to the sexual intercourse. Was it some rough sex ? Because it can lead to irritation and itching. I will advise you to clean the area 2-3 times a day and XXXXXXX dry the vaginal area. Wear cotton panties and change them if there is discharge. Avoid unprotected intercouse for 2 days . These tips will definitely help you. If you need further assistance please feel free to write. Regards Dr Manisha Jain. OBGY Specialist.
