Question : Hi, My baby is 9 weeks old. For last 2-3 weeks we are noticing that her skin is getting very dry, it felt like there is a layer of some dry liquid which is having some cracks. We have observed this condition on her legs, hands and on cheeks.

Hello
This condition is called as ichthyosis.
It happens due to deficiencies of fatty acid in skin.
Apply coconut oil three to four times a day.
It may take longer to recover.
Don't worry it is not life threatening.
