Question : Hello Doctor,

I am suffering from continuous dull pain in lower abdomen, feels like period cramps, even though I am done with my periods.

Bleeding during periods reduced to 1.5 to 2 days for few months.

Please let me know what medication to follow for this problem.

Hello Mrs. Moniya, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I would like to know the date of your last periods to delineate the cause of this pain.
Most likely cause is ovulation but still cannot be conclusively said without examination.
I usually ask the patient for hot fomentation and lying face down on bed so that tummy gets pressed with bed which relieves the pain in 15-30 minutes.
In case not relieved then take tablet meftal spas which relieves the pain in most of the cases.

Hello Doctor,

Last period date was 10-02-2016 and I am facing continuous pain since then, even though I am done with my period.
But the pain is dull as compared to period cramps.

Gynaecologist examination

Detailed Answer:
Take rest and hot fomentation as advised along with meftal spas tablet.
But in case there is no or minimal relief then visit a gynaecologist for examination as at times it is related to pelvic infection causing inflammation.
