Brief Answer:
Gastritis with Dyspepsia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking query.

Localized pain is limited to one area of the abdomen. This type of pain is often caused by problems in a particular organ. The most common cause of localized pain is stomach ulcers (open sores on the inner lining of the stomach). The pain usually have characterstic feature of radiating to back side.
Initially i would suggest you to go for upper gastro intestinal endoscopy test to rule out pressence of ulcers in Gi tract or inflammation of mucosa.
Start taking Pantoprazole 40 mg once daily along with antacids twice daily for few day and see if pain responds to eat,
Apart from that don't take spicy or oily food.
Take easily digestib;le bland food for few days.
Take cold milk and yughurt for a few days.

Follow up after a week.
Regards.
