What Causes Dull Pain Around Perianal Area And Burning Sensation Around Anus?

Also, I do have HSV1 and 2 and sometimes get outbreaks around my anal area. Though the burning pain i am describing is fairly constant the last month or so and is unrelated to a specific outbreak.
Fissure, excoriation, diagnosis and treatment as suggested
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history and concerns.
Noted the history related to the pain in perianal area, making it hard to sit for any period of time, burning sensation, made worst by sitting just from pressure and irritation of the skin and so on. There seem to be a small fissure or sore and also have HSV 1 and 2 sometimes getting outbreaks at anal area which may not always be related to the perianal pain.
My thoughts and suggestions:
There seems to be fissure in ano along with excoriation of the skin and the resultant edema of the skin and under the akin area getting the inflammation and causing the pains that you have described.
- I would advise you the following:
Get the stool tests for 3 consecutive days.
Tests of blood including that of sugar and routine.
Considering your age colonoscopy should be done.
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotic may help to control/cure many of the problems that you have.
Start and continue multivitamins fr say at least a month.
Consult a General Surgeon or Gastroenterologist for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations to get an appropriate diagnosis and plan for a proper treatment.
I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for relevant queries if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
