Dear Sir,
Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that by the history that you give I think there are two possibilities . One is that you are having inflammation at the ischial tuberosity , second possibility is because of sacroilliac joint inflammtion .
This will require physical examination to determine which is the site of joint but must be evaluated . An X ray pelvis , HLA B27 testing is highly recommended as this can be first symptom of spondyloarthritis.
As if now I would advise you to take etoricoxib 90 mg once a day after taking food for 3 - 5 days .Hope it will relieve your pain . Rest discuss these options with your treating doctor .
Take care.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for reverting back.
Your long car journey can be related to the problems that you are having . One thing you can do is to take the antiinflammatory drug that i have prescribed to you and see the response . If it subsides and does not recur then dont go for further evaluation . We can follow a wait and watch policy .
