Brief Answer:
Mostly due to infection of Epididymis (Epididymitis) or Testicle (Orchitis)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in Testicle since one week .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Is there swelling of testicle ?
2) Do you have any urinary complaints ?
3) Do you have fever ?

The pain that you have in testicle could be due to infection of either Epididymis or Testicle.

Consult qualified General Surgeon or Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of Scrotum

In the mean while start taking broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Ensure to drink more water .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Hi Doctor....thanks for the quick response. To answer your questions. I don't not have any noticeable swelling. Nor do i have pain when i urinate and I don't have a fever. I spoke with my GC....he also mentioned Epdidymisis and prescribed an antibiotic for me. He did not mention getting a culture or ultrasound. Do you think I should pursue this or just wait to see how I respond to the antibiotic?

Thanks.... XXXXXXX

I saw a urologist on Friday. He diagnosed me with prostratitis. I'm taking doxycycline for the infection. A few things that still concern me. The pain in my testicle is significantly worse when I drive or sit. My chiropractor tells me that I'm having a nerve issue that is exasperated when I sit....im also having back pain. cConsequently, he thinks its related. Is that possible?

My latest issue is that I woke up with a cramp in my right calf. I also had numbness in my leg and foot. Throughout the day I have been moving but my calf pain is still present. It feels like a constant XXXXXXX horse. It is also noticeably tight and swollen. Any thoughts on what is happening?

Brief Answer:
Need to consult qualified Physician for calf pain

Detailed Answer:
hello
Thanks for follow up and updating other problem

The pain in calf muscles with numbness could be due to Vit D defficiency or other neurological cause which needs to be addressed .

Consult qualified Physician for clinical assessment and furthere test .

As regards treatment for Epididymis I would suggest to get Ultrasound Scanning of the Scrotum done to establish Diagnosis .

In the mean while continue taking Doxicycline twice daily .

Thanks and Regards.
