What Causes Dull Right-sided Abdominal Pain?

Question: 64 yr old male- dull pain in right side of abdomen for last 2 days - can be sharp at times- i have had kidney stones in past but this pain not as bad as some in the past but somewhat similar to one of the less painful ones but it is staying in same location

Well it could be due to Kidney stone or due to stones in Gall Bladder ( Cholelithiasis ) or due to Indigestion.

I recommend you wait and observe for 2 more days and if the pain persists then get Ultrasound Abdomen scan done and revert back with reports.

Avoid Spicy food and Non veg food and drink plenty of water.
