Brief Answer:
please meet your ent doctor!
Detailed Answer:
Hello!!
From your x rays i can make out two possibilities for your pain.
The first one being a impacted or partially erupted lower or upper third molar , which may cause an infection ad referred pain to the ear,
Another possibility can be pain due to a sinus infection and it looks like that your right maxillary sinus is a bit infected , which is causing the pain , for this you will have to meet an ent doctor , who will do an endoscopy on you and guide you further.
Please dont delay and meet your ent doctor /dentist as soon as possible.
Thanks

I had been to kashmir in dec after about 20 days ear pain started .
Brief Answer:
It is likely to be sinus infection!
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Since you have traveled in a hilly area and cold climate , it is likely that you may be having a sinus infection an should meet your ent doctor for confirming this,
I would also like you to start steam inhalation 3-4 times a day, which will help reduce the infection and pain.
Take care
