Brief Answer:
You have congestion, high blood pressure, enlarged nodes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some upper respiratory tract infection which leads to congestion and enlarged lymphnode.

You should take nasal decongestant and antibiotics.

If your enlarged lymphnode remains persistent then biopsy diagnosis is advisable.

You need treatment for high blood pressure. Consult your doctor and take treatment for it.

For your arthritis it can be viral or due to other cause. So you should go for complete blood count, ESR, RA test. Then take treatment accordingly.
