                                    Brief Answer:
Either a lymph node or sub-mandibular salivary gland. Examination. USG.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
1. This seems to be either a tenderness of a lymph node or a sub-mandibular salivary gland. The ear pain is usually referred pain but it can be the other way around.
2. Get the oral cavity, the floor of the mouth under the tongue and the ears examined for signs of inflammation.
3. If this does not subside in a couple of days, get an Ultrasound (USG) of the Neck done. this will settle the issue.
4. In the meantime, you may take an OTC anti-inflammatory medication (after meals).
I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.
Regards.
