Question : I am experiencing a problem with my abdomen. I'm having trouble eating because I feel hungry but I also feel full all the time. I have lost 15 pounds in the last 2 weeks and when I do eat a small portion of food I feel like I ate too much and I feel bloated. My upper abdomen feels tight and hurts when I push on it. My lower abdomen feels normal. I have a small bow movement in the morning but not like normal. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks...XXXX

Gastroscopy should be done.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Such symptoms are caused either by a peptic ulcer or a stomach cancer. There is no symptom which can distinguish this two conditions. That is why it is strongly recommended for you to have gastroscopy done as soon as possible.
Please do not wait with it.
Hope this helps.
