Question : I bruise very easily on arms upon bumping into door frames,etc. Arms are always awful looking all the time, 73 yrs old. Dosage of Vit K needed? Female

Hi

Easy bruising can be due to low platelets, impaired clotting or just because of ageing.

It is better to do basic tests like platelets count, prothrombin time, partial thromboplastin time, etc and decide on what to supplement.
