Brief Answer:
less Possibility of soft tissue injury

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I would suggest considering the x ray of the elbow as soon as possible.
There is a possibility that this is indeed a fracture.
This would be visualised in a x ray.
I am assuming there is no swelling else you would have mentioned it.
So I think there is a lower possibility of this being a soft tissue injury.
Let me know after x ray.
Best of luck.
Dr Mittal
