7 to 10 days.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The electrical shock like feeling in the right hand is due to a minor superficial nerve injury either due to the cut or due to the electrical shock. This feeling gradually subsides on its own in a week or 10 days. There is nothing to worry.
I hope this answers your query.

It has not quite healed yet. I still have a stiff achy, little pain. To squeeze a ball I get this feeling. Still not comfortable with it. My thumb especially and palm. It's been about 21 days now. It still hurts to the touch of my skin. Is there anything else I can do?

Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The feeling you have can be due to mild inflammation of the tendons due to an injury to the wrist. You can take a mild pain killer like Ibuprofen for an early relief. Doing some hot fomentation will also help.
Hope my answer is helpful.
