Brief Answer:
Nothing concerned, continue medicines as prescribed by your doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

I have read your query and understand the problem.

Your systolic blood pressure is mildly elevated (156 mmhg) but the diastolic blood pressure is completely normal (80 mmhg) which has no clinical significance.

Our systolic blood pressure has more fluctuation than diastolic blood pressure and it gets easily elevated with mild exertion or even with coughing.

Also it comes down to normal when symptoms get resolved,so I would NOT be personally worried about this mild rise systolic blood pressure.

You should continue to take allergra, levomac and derphylline, the medicines prescribed by your doctor for your cough and sneezing otherwise there is no need to worry about blood pressure.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have anymore doubts.

Hi,Thanks for your reply.

I just want to know.I really work hard at gym.I do all workouts without giving enough gap in between and I will keep walking in between workouts.Does this has any impact? I go to gym early mrg where climate is so chill and again in the evening.I nearly spend 4 hours in gym.So spending more time has any effect on body.

Brief Answer:
No impact.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome again,

Spending more time in gym has no effect on body until you do not feel exhausted but I would say 4 hours gym workouts in a day is too much.

However,if you do not have any difficulty or become use to well with this workouts then there is no issue to continue. It does not have any ill effect on body or definitely NOT on our blood pressure.

Also morning time workouts are slightly better than evening time.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Dr.Sandip

Brief Answer:
Because of long workouts.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the quick follow-up.

As I said earlier,4 hours daily workouts is too much which could be the reason of your strain or feeling tired.

You should reduce the work out duration for up to 2 hours daily which would also be sufficient and will advise to take plenty of water with fruit juices since there is likely chances of water deficit due to this long workouts.
