Question: Have swelling face ESR 56 mm do have vomiting tendency, feel breathless if walk much. had fever for 9 days. Took only paracetamol. She feels very weak. Now do not have fever. Platelet felled to 150000 now 200000.

ESR is a non specific indicator. ESR usually rises during most types of illnesses but could also rise due to increase in age. So, unless you describe what made you undergo testing, it is hard to comment. A platelet count of 1,50,000 is acceptable and 2,00,000 is even more acceptable. So, I do not think there is a cause for concern.

About the swelling of face, please mention the age of the subject; how long the problem has been occurring; whether it occurs in the morning, evening or any time of the day; and any aggravating or relieving factors. Also mention how long you have been having the breathlessness or the vomiting tendency.
