Brief Answer:
transvaginal ultrasound advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion you have to get a transvaginal ultrasound at the earliest because the pattern of HCG rise and symptoms suggest the possibility of tubal ectopic pregnancy in the process of rupture.
Get the report and visit emergency room at the earliest.

Brief Answer:
Wait and watch

Detailed Answer:
Then wait for the response to drotavarine but in case pain gets severe or you have a fainting feeling then get an ultrasound at the earliest.
Keep your water intake on the higher side and take light meals.
Till then take as much rest as possible so that if at all it is ectopic it doesn't rupture and cause problems.
All the best.
