Brief Answer:
LDH

Detailed Answer:
at this time LDH does not have a prognostic role in the management or surveillance of prostate cancer. This is a somewhat nonspecific test and would be very difficult to interpret in the setting of prostate cancer surveillance after treatment.

We would generally prefer to follow with clinical examination as well as prostate specific antigen levels going forward. LBH does not necessarily serve a strong role according to most recent published data.
