Question : Is it possible that long term "retrograde ejaculation" due to wearing a rubber band around the penis during sex; can elevate PSA?? (Urology)

Will definitely increase PSA since it will cause some form of irritation in the prostate and ejaculatory ducts.
The significant decrease in your Psa is a good sign and may point to a benign etiology. Was it done in the same laboratory ?
