                                            Question : my SGOT AND SGPT IS VERY HIGHT 215 AND 150 AND NOT DOWN ..

these changes could be because of fatty liver.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
When ANA and other viral markers are negative and according to you there is a fatty liver ,then these changes can be because of fatty liver itself.
But you need to cut down your weight amd diet modification is must along with medications .
take tab ursocol 300 mg twice a day for 2 months tab EVION once a day for 3 months .
Repeat LFT after 3 months with proper diet modification and weight reduction ,still its persistently high then we can consider to work up further with complete autoimmune profile and if needed liver biopsy.
