How much raised are SGOT and SGPT? Kindly upload reports so that I am better able to help.

Firstly we need to find the cause of it and treat it. It may be a liver infection, alcohol, intake, medicine side effect, etc.

Also drink cleaner water and take hygienic food. Liv 52 syr taken twice a day can also be helpful.
