Brief Answer:
Continue modified regimen for 1 more week.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
You are having AKT induced jaundice.
But your enzymes are still raised. So better to continue modified regimen (ethambutol, levofloxacin and streptomycin) for 1 more week and get done repeat enzymes after 1 week.
In diet, start high protein diet, avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid fatty food. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Avoid other hepatotoxic drugs like painkiller drugs. Start udiliv and Liv 52.
Also take glucose powder or sugar XXXXXXX juice.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
