Question : What are causes of elevated TSH going from 17.3 to 74.9 in six months
Brief Answer:
Thyroid
Detailed Answer:
You need appropriate doses of Levo thyroxine alone. Clearly you are not receiving the right doses. This is the most common reason worldwide for TSH rising like in your case within a span of 6 months. I see you are taking nature thyroid. Most thyroid experts do not recommend this because Levo thyroxine alone is sufficient. If you see an endocrinologist in-person on a regular basis it is quite likely that within few months your TSH will be normalised.
