Brief Answer:
Strongly indicative of menopause and can be dealt with ma'am

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I am sorry to hear about your symptoms, but I would like you to know that all your symptoms and raised alkaline phosphate levels point towards only one cause: pre-menopause or menopause.

Raised alkaline phosphate levels indicate bone loss which is commonly associated with pre-menopause or menopause. The sore bones also indicate weakening bones, due to reduced bone mass caused by menopause, and which can eventually result in conditions like osteoporosis (commonly seen in menopausal or pre-menopausal women).

The fatigue and depression are also very commonly seen menopausal symptoms. All your symptoms are very common and first line symptoms of menopause and so I would strongly recommend a visit to your doctor who can surely help you to better understand, treat and guide you through this stage to a more healthier and symptom-free menopausal or post-menopausal life.

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
