Brief Answer:
High titers do not necessarily mean you have Lupus

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your concern. The high ANA titers are the first step to diagnosing Lupus, however, high titers alone, without symptoms and negative ds DNA or ENA, are found in around 20% of people, especially women, who never develop this disease.
In order to confirm Lupus, a positive anti ds DNA, anti XXXXXXX anti Ro/La, anti U1RNP types of antibodies need to be positive. Which doesn't seem to be the case here.
I hope this answers your question. If you have further questions I'd be happy to help.

Wishing you good health and all the best
