What Causes Elevated Bilirubin, Liver Enzymes Level And Pain In Upper Right Abdomen?

Question: Hi, I have been seeing a gastro doctor for 3 months now and no one can seem to find out what is wrong with me. I have severe upper right side pain and my gal bladder function hida scan came back that they're was nothing wrong with it. But my bilirubin and liver enzymes seem to stay elevated all the time. I'm always tired and all of the muscles in my body are weak and sore so it hurts to do anything strenuous. I just recently found out that my left wisdom tooth had a infect in it and I'm not sure for how long. Are there any ideas why my liver enzymes and my bilirubin won't go back to normal? All of my tests are coming back normal. I'm at a loss and feel so stuck. Please help me anyone

I have had no fever...
Brief Answer:
no need to worry. went through the report
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for following up with me.
I went through your all reports.
The bilirubin is very marginally raised and even your other parameters are normal.
I do not feel it is something to be worried of.
If you take any normal person randomly and do their liver function test you will find atleast 50% people with slight deranged tests.
But as you have complaints of pain abdomen have you done USG abdomen?
hida scan is very specific and it will not pick up if anything else is there in abdomen.
Also a chest x ray to see whether anything wrong in basal region of your right lungs it can also give rise to referred pain in abdomen.
For now I would like to advice you to get a complete blood picture done CBC, a chest x ray, ultrasound abdomen to be done.
Follow up with me with the reports. It can be possible the source of your problems might be something else which is not looked for.
Hope this advice helps.
If you have any further query kindly write back to me.
Thank you
