Brief Answer:
Pazopanib common side effect is increase in blood pressure

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Votrient contains Pazopanib which is an anticancer drug used in renal cancer

Its common side effect is increase in blood pressure

It can be only be taken if your BP is below 140/90 mm HG

I would advise you to stop Votrient and first control your blood pressure by adding calcium channel blocker gruop of drugs with losartan(losar) with your doctors advise and when it becomes less than 140/90 mm HG then to restart it

Regards

DR DE
