Question : i have type 2 diabetes and take gloucophage 1000mil once a day. today i took my sugar

The value of blood sugar you reported does not nead imidiate intervention. It is not that high to be considered emergency.
I would suggest to check HbA1c level ( if there are more than 3 months that you didn't check it) and try to find a cause for the high value;
-Did you eat more today ?
- Did you move less than usually ?
-Do you have any infection, acute illness ?
These are the causes that raise the blood sugar.
If the HbA1c level is less than 7%, there is no need to change the therapy but try to monitor more frequently the blood sugar during these days.
