Brief Answer:
mainly lifestyle changes

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

ALT and GGT are two of the tests normally done to assess liver function. There are others such as AST, ALk phos.

( A) GGT is found in the liver as well as the kidneys and pancreas but the liver is the most common place. Though it is increased in many different types of liver damage, the most common cause is alcohol use.

Other causes are infection of the liver, presence of a liver mass, disease of the bile ducts.

Because alcohol use is the most common cause, decrease in alcohol use is the normal advice given for high GGT levels.
If you do not use any alcohol then your doctor may look for other causes.

(B) In term of the ALT, this can be increased due to different causes but the most common seen at present is fatty liver disease.
Fatty liver is common through the world and is the build up of fat in the liver. It can progress to liver failure if not treated.

Fatty liver is treated by: (1) increasing physical activity
(2) reducing carbohydrates (rice, pasta, bread, flour products). Carbohydrates are turned into fat and stored in the body.
When the carbohydrates are reduced then the fat build up is reduced.
(3) cholesterol medication if needed

(c) high uric acid- this is increased in different situations such as gout, kidney disease, alcohol use, high protein diet, side effect of medication

It is treated by : (1)reducing alcohol use and also
(2)reducing certain foods such as red meat (use plant proteins more often than animal),
(3)herring, mackerel, sardines, crab

Summary: (1) high uric acid treated by diet changes- reduce animal protein (red meat, chicken) and alcohol
(2)GGT due to different causes including alcohol use. If there is any alcohol, amount would need to be decreased if possible. If no alcohol then doctor can check for other causes
(3)high ALt may be due to fatty liver which is treated with lifestyle changes

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
