Brief Answer:
It can be due to allergy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have eosinophilia with monocytosis. There are many causes of eosinophilia. Asthma, allergy, hypersensitivity, parasitic infection all can leads to this.

You have already allergy so chances are high that your eosinophilia can be due to allergy.

Please send me your reports and tell me about your symptoms so that I can help you further.
Because if you don't have any symptoms and mild eosinophilia only then no treatment is required. If you have symptoms then anti histaminic drugs or steroids are required accordingly.

You should also go for allergy test. It will give you exact idea about allergens. Then you should avoid those substance.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about leukemia or lymphoma.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Please upload the report so that I am better able to help.

Your all findings have no relation with leukemia or lymphoma. Eosinophilia can occur due to allergy or infection. Same way monocytes are mostly due to infection. Neutropenia doesn't suggest lymphoma or leukemia. It can be due to viral or other infection. From your findings there is no chance of leukemia or lymphoma. Don't worry about that. Just be relaxed.
If you have any symptoms then please tell me about your symptoms.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
