Today I went to doctor to for heart checkup. My resting heart beat from the last 4 days is 53, 56, 56, 59, 62, 55 like this. It also goes up to 76 or 79 at work.
Once I checked seconds after waking up and it was even 47 BPM. I don's feel any pressure in heart. Sometimes my resting heart rate on an avg is 55.
Even for the last two years I am observing his. Sometime its in 50s. My parents have no heart condition.

Issues:
For the last 3 days my respiration/breathing rate has gone up- It goes up to 22 some times and even it went up to 24 and sometime its 15 also (resting rate I am talking about). I am able to perform regular activities. I do feel little tired at time. No Chest pain.

The high respiration/breathing rate also happed a year ago and resolved by itself.

What I did:
ECG - Normal (August 13, 2015 at 2:30 AM)
ECO - Concentric LVH, Cardiac Chambers are normal, NO LVRWMA, LVEF-57%, Trival MR, Normal diastolic function.

My Life Style:
Sedentry Life Style - NO walk, no excersise
Alcohol Intake: avg 120 ml per day
Smoking: No
Medications: NO

Conditions:
Mild Asthma - No attack for the past one year
Medical History: No

Parents:
Mommy - Diabatic
Papa: High BP - Hi high BP thing started at the age of 55 years. His resting heart rate is 56 BPM mostly.

Brief Answer:
Your echo is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I am Dr. Mody and I will be addressing your concern.
I did go through all your reports so let me enumerate my findings
1) about your pulse, don't really worry much. In most probability it will be in normal range and considering your father too has a similar thing it might be hereditary. However do upload your ecg for the pattern analysis. Also I request you to get a 24 holter done to diagnose any kind of pauses which might go unnoticed. Also I would a treadmill stress test your know how the pulse increases with exercise is one thing which should be done.
2) about echo, normal thickness for male is 13 mm, so your is just Boderline. However concentric LVH occurs mostly due to hypertension, so keep a tab on your blood pressure reading. Otherwise it's just normal
3) Now for your blood reports, sir the accuracy of tgyrocare is not most precise considering the cost, they do for So many test, however it's good enough for diagnosis. It's just borderline results you need not worry.
Only thing relevant is your lipid profile, it just on higher side, but as you have no other risk factors and it's not very high. No need for treatment with medication. However diet low in oils, and 30 mins of aerobic exercise everyday should be started.
Also you may consider taking supplement of omega 3 fatty acid (cod fish oil) , 1-2 gms per day.
Any particular doubt I would be happy to address.
Regards Dr. Priyank Mody
