Brief Answer:
Thyroid profile also should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. You are most likely having dyslipidaemia. Check your thyroid profile also. Hypothyroidism also can give such picture. So it should be ruled out by doing thyroid profile. In case of hypothyroidism supplementation of thyroxine will be helpful to normalize the lipid levels.

If you have a diet with high in fats and carbohydrate then restrict those. If you have a normal diet then statins like atorvastatin in lower doses will be helpful. You can approach your general practitioner for that.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

Explained below.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up query.

As your thyroid profile is normal, you can go with diet and low dose statin. I would prefer atorvastatin in low dose like 10mg. You can approach your GP for this.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
